Aims and Scopes

• The Journal of the Korean Ceramic Society is the official journal of the Korean Ceramic Society. The journal aims at the publication of original and significant results which are lasting in ceramic materials. It contains reports of original research and reviews on all aspects of ceramics and ceramics-based composites ranging from fundamentals to applications. The scope of the journal includes Basic Science of Ceramics, Classical Ceramics, Engineering Ceramics, Electronic Ceramics, and Energy Ceramics.

Journal Information

• The Journal of the Korean Ceramic Society is vlaunched in 1964 and accepts Full Length Paper, Review Paper, and Communications. It is among the top sources for ceramic materials science research, providing scientists, engineers, and students with critically assessed, original research for nearly 50 years. Total or a part of the articles in this journal are indexed/tracked/covered by Chemical Abstract, DOI, SCOPUS, NRF data bases.
• Abbreviated title of the journal is ‘J. Korean Ceram. Soc.’ It is published bimonthly in January, March, May, July, September, and November each year after a peer-review process.
